and follow the step-by-step application instructions. Be prepared to provide a credit card for the $40 application fee.
In Person
Complete an application for admission at the campus of your choice. All campuses accept cash, debit, cheque, money order, VISA or MasterCard for the $40.00 application fee.
By Fax
Fax your completed application for admission to the campus of your choice. Please include your credit card information for the $40.00 application fee. In order to process, details must include the name on the card, card number, and the expiration date (month & year).
By Mail
Mail your completed application for admission to the appropriate campus. Enclose a cheque or money order for $40.00 payable to the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø or provide credit card information.
What happens after I send my application form?
After you apply and once we have assessed your application, you will receive an email that outlines any of your missing documents or requirements.
