Fit Challenge January 7 - February 4, 2019

Who can participate? The 2019 ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Fit Challenge is open to staff, faculty, and students on all of ²ÝÁñÉçÇø’s campuses.

How do I sign up? Participants on all campuses are encouraged to sign up . If you are on a regional campus, after you have signed up online, register with the Challenge Leader on your campus. They will give you the supplies for the challenge.

How do I keep track of my results? Make sure to write your results down in your note pad. You will be revisiting these exercises in one month to see how much you have improved. If you are unsure of an exercise please ask for assistance on proper form or technique.

What are the exercises? Complete each exercise. If this is your first Fit Challenge, do each exercise over 30 seconds. If you are looking to challenge yourself complete each exercise over one minute. You will need someone to time you and count.

  • Squats (body weight only or with weights)
  • Push-ups (regular or bent knees)
  • Full Sit-ups
  • Lunges
  • Burpees
  • Plank
  • Jumping Jacks
